By creating an account or filing a report through CRIMS, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep the platform reliable for everyone who depends on it.
CRIMS is provided for genuine incident reporting and case management. Submitting reports that are knowingly false, misleading, or intended to harass another person is not permitted and may be reported to the appropriate authority.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify the support team if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Do not attempt to access records that do not belong to you, interfere with the operation of the platform, or upload material that is unlawful or harmful. Misuse may lead to suspension of access.
We work to keep CRIMS available at all times, but maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally interrupt access. For emergencies, always contact your local emergency services directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be communicated through the platform before it takes effect.
